Q.I am not in Ghana, I live abroad. Will my International VISA / MASTERCARD be accepted?
A.Yes, Your International VISA or MASTERCARD will be accepted. Your payment will go through successfully.
Q.Can I pay in a foreign currency like USD or GBP?
A.Yes you can. We convert your currency into our base GHS currency, using the current prevailing exchange rates, before we charge your card.
Q.Will I get a notification after payment?
A.Yes, we send you email notification ONLY when payment is SUCCESSFUL, to confirm your transaction.
Q.Can i pay via Mobile Money?
A.Certainly, you can. We have MTN, AIRTELTIGO and VODAFONE activated for payment. Please note that VODAFONE users will have to generate a payment voucher via *110#(GH) and choose #6 for generate voucher. This will be required to complete your transactions.
